Um yes. I also love that she follows her nose when it comes to making caramel instead of the candy thermometer. I follow my eyes, looking for the perfect shade of amber, so I’m glad I’m not the only renegade out there.
every day at 10:30ish, my office fills with the delicious smell of maple syrup. it’s really strong, and i can’t seem to locate the source. it’s everywhere. i’m thinking that someone is just cooking this at their cubicle.
